The Zambezi starts in Zambia and before flowing through eastern Angola, along the eastern border of Namibia, the northern border of Botswana, along the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe, into Mozambique and finally the Indian Ocean.

The Zambezi river is the longest east-flowing river in Africa.  With sights such as Victoria Falls and multiple Safari opportunities, Zambezi is the home of adventure and wildlife!

Never mess with a woman who runs 13.1 miles for fun!  Caroline is super excited to welcome you all to Zambezi in the summer!

Trouble with a capital T!  Super experienced and dependable - also quite articulate and homed in the use of sarcasm.

Zambezi has an incredibly varied team, 9 with experience in Scouting, 7 with experience in Girlguiding and even one with experience in both!

Caroline likes nothing more than a cup of tea and a slice of cake. 

Our Youth Team comprises of four under 25s, three of whom will still be teenagers! (The youngest at just 17!). Tirma speaks a variety of languages and Libby has travelled to many countries through Girlguiding - I wonder if they’ll have been to yours?

For some this is their first experience of a Jamboree and for all of them it’s their first EIJ!
