The Essex International Jamboree is a week-long camp for Guides and Scouts from all around the world.

The main event will take place from the 29th July 2028 to 5th August 2028.
The majority of staff will be required from 28th July 2028 to 6th August 2028, while those involved with build or take down may be required before or after these dates depending on their role.
In 2012, 2016, and 2024 the jamboree was held just outside Chelmsford, Essex. While the exact location for EIJ2028 is still be confirmed, it is expected to be in a similar location again.
For participants to attend EIJ2028 they must either be a Scout, Explorer, Guide, or Ranger.
Staff must be at least 16 years old however, certain roles will be 18+ only.
