Role Overview

Lead and coordinate a logistics team responsible for delivering on-site infrastructure to support the Build Team during build and takedown phases, and the Programme Directorate during event week. Ensure efficient and safe delivery of infrastructure requirements across all event phases. Previous Jamboree experience and practical skills are essential; plant operator training is advantageous, and pre-event training opportunities may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the logistics team in delivering infrastructure requirements across all event phases
• Work closely with Activities Teams to support programme delivery
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are confident in their roles
• Carry out risk assessments and enforce all relevant safety procedures
• Ensure efficient delivery of build and takedown operations
• Maintain clear and effective communication throughout all phases
• Attend planning meetings and respond to communications in a timely and professional manner
• Operate in full compliance with EIJ policies and procedures
