Role Overview

Coordinate the content and distribution of the pre-event newsletter for EIJ 2028. Collate contributions from team members, draft each edition to a high standard and ensure timely distribution to the intended audience.

Responsibilities

• Collate written contributions from team members for each newsletter edition
• Draft and format the newsletter in a timely manner to meet publication deadlines
• Manage distribution using the Brevo platform
• Maintain an editorial schedule and communicate deadlines to contributors
• Liaise with the Director of Media and Communications on content priorities

Who we are looking for

Organised individuals with strong written communication skills and a good eye for detail. Experience using the Brevo platform or similar email marketing tools is beneficial. The ability to manage multiple contributions and meet deadlines is required.
