Role Overview

The Site Services team within Facilities is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of the site environment at EIJ 2028, creating a safe, efficient and welcoming space for participants, staff and volunteers. This role leads the design, installation and construction of the Jamboree's digital infrastructure. Report to the Director of Facilities and Deputy Director of Facilities (Infrastructure & Site Services).

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team with a broad range of digital skills, spanning enterprise networking, wireless systems, PMR radio systems and digital signage
• Draw on additional experience in broadcast television, radio, video editing and content delivery where required, sharing workload and expertise across the team to achieve the best results
• Be on-site for build week and take-down
• Attend planning meetings and respond to communications in a timely and professional manner, on-site full time for the duration of the event

Who we are looking for

Individuals with previous Jamboree experience and a valid driving licence. Experience in enterprise networking, cloud management, network security, CCTV systems and radio communications is desirable. Confident leaders able to bring together a team with a range of technical strengths are essential.
