Role Overview

Coordinate the production and technical requirements of the Programme Directorate, providing line management support across build, event delivery and takedown phases. Lead a team of volunteers across a variety of venues and locations within the Jamboree, supporting a wide range of activities and events. Previous relevant technical, production or stage management experience is essential; industry professionals are particularly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Programme Directorate to deliver agreed technical and production outputs
• Lead and support volunteers across build, event delivery and takedown phases
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members are confident in their roles
• Carry out risk assessments and enforce all relevant safety procedures
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across different venues and locations
• Attend planning meetings and respond to communications in a timely and professional manner
• Operate in full compliance with EIJ policies and procedures

Who we are looking for

Individuals with proven experience in technical production, infrastructure or stage management. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse volunteer teams, are required. The ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment is needed.
