Manage the information team and oversee the first point of contact for all enquiries before, during, and after EIJ 2028. Work alongside the Directors of Media and Communications and the Registration Team to ensure timely, accurate responses. Lead the team that monitors the information inbox and operates the onsite helpdesk throughout the event.
Confident team leaders with strong communication skills. A friendly, approachable manner is needed to support both the team and enquirers. Experience managing customer service or information functions is beneficial.
