Role Overview

Create visual materials that maintain brand consistency across all EIJ 2028 platforms, including handbooks, signage and digital content. Support the directorate in developing cohesive theming and clear information design. Work with directors to gather requirements and translate these into effective graphics and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Design the event handbook while maintaining EIJ brand standards
• Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for multiple platforms
• Gather information from directors to ensure clear communication
• Provide graphic design support across the directorate as needed
• Create templates and style guides for consistent visual identity
• Design onsite visuals including signage and wayfinding materials
• Collaborate with other teams to align design with event themes
• Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution
• Ensure materials meet accessibility standards

Who we are looking for

Creative individuals with experience using design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Strong time management skills and the ability to clearly communicate are needed. Attention to detail and responsiveness to feedback are required.
