Buckets of fun on a scorching Sunday!

Welcome back to The River Reader! We hope you've all been enjoying your first full day with us - are you going to the Barn Dance tonight?

Don't forget we've got more content available on our website - eij.org.uk.

Today's Wikipedia rabbit hole: Free Being Me! Free Being Me is an educational initiative from the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS), supported by Unilever's Dove Self-Esteem Fund. It was established in 2013 to encourage a positive body image and self esteem and provides free activity packs in 18 different languages, helping girls around the world learn to stand up to social pressures.

Let us know how you've been enjoying your jamboree journey so far by tagging our socials! You can find links to all of them at the bottom of this newsletter.

It's a long way down!

If you can't go over it, you have to go under it! Whether you find the prospect of heights scary or exciting, there will be something for everyone at Up & Under. We took to new heights to bring you the latest.
