Girlguiding Inspire, a dynamic initiative within Girlguiding, focuses on empowering young women aged 18-30 through opportunities for personal development, community involvement, and global engagement. This program is designed to bridge the gap between youth and adulthood, offering a supportive platform for members to grow as leaders and professionals.

Inspire was created to address the evolving needs of young women transitioning into adulthood. Recognising the challenges faced by this demographic, from career uncertainty to social pressures. GirlGuiding Inspire offers a tailored experience that encourages members to explore their potential in a nurturing environment. The initiative is rooted in the core principles of GirlGuiding, promoting inclusivity, resilience, and a sense of global responsibility.

We are extremely lucky that an Inspire Co-ordinator has attended Essex international Jamboree this year. According to Becky Clark "Our aim is to empower young women by providing them with the skills and opportunities to succeed. We believe in fostering an environment where they can grow, lead, and make a difference in their communities and beyond."

As it continues to evolve and adapt to the needs of its members, GirlGuiding Inspire remains committed to its mission of empowering the next generation of female leaders.
