Summary
To work under the direction of the Subcamp Leader to help deliver a dynamic, collaborative and inspiring Subcamp. The Subcamp is responsible for creating a welcoming ‘EIJ Home’ for the participants and leaders allocated to the Subcamp whilst always striving to ensure that everyone has the best possible experience.
Responsibilities
- Work with your Subcamp Leader to help ensure that everybody's Jamboree experience is a happy and safe one
- Work with the Subcamp Team to help resolve any problems with units
- Work with wider staff to support the Jamboree where additional support maybe needed e.g. ceremonies, arrivals and departures
- Under the direction of the Subcamp Leader disseminate information to individual units about programme changes and other information
- To represent and be ready to assist on the front line for your subcamp
