Have you been down to the land of inflatables and teamwork yet? It’s a knockout has everything you could dream of, inflatable slides, water, dancing and more slides! Did you know it is run by Southend Gang show ASU? They really show it with their dance inn and energy! The song choices are very nostalgic and easy to boogie too for extra points - drop the playlist name?

It was Yangtse subcamp who were taking on the challenge this morning - Millie from 43rd Oxford Scouts “loved the big slide” and is “so excited for the big washing machine” where you can make your parents' dreams come true and be happy to do the washing. The soapy machine hides socks you have to collect, rinse and hang out to dry to earn points for your team. Who wouldn’t want to jump into a giant washing machine?

5th Billericay Scouts Fred and Daniel “loved the obstacle course because there’s a lot of running and we quite like parkour” they also mentioned that “sudoku really got our brains working” while Radnor Scouts Jaiden and Rhodry are “looking forward to the slides”.

All the participants were soggy and soapy but smiling, bonding with their groups through the team building activities using rope, encouragement and lots of water (true Wet & Wild wannabes). These activities surround a big staircase that only one person with a microphone can go up, just wondering when it's my turn to commentate up there?

Be right back, I’m going fishing for socks - in a washing machine!
